Business information may be submitted by users or businesses. AfroRate does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of listings and is not responsible for business performance, service quality, or outcomes.
All platform content, branding, logos, and design elements are the property of AfroRate or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
AfroRate may contain links to third-party websites or services. AfroRate is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.
AfroRate provides the Platform “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. Ratings and reviews represent user opinions and not AfroRate’s views.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfroRate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
